JENNIFER PLATT
Principal
Jennifer Platt is a results-oriented professional with extensive relationships and experience in retail, commercial real estate, federal lobbying, state and local government relations, grassroots and public affairs campaigns.
In her previous position with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Ms. Platt supervised policy and advocacy initiatives for a 50,000+ member trade association representing the Marketplaces Industry. She was responsible for creating and implementing bicameral and bipartisan strategy on finance, tax, insurance, small business, infrastructure, sustainability, and environmental issues that utilized association trustees, industry executives, research, public relations and grassroots resources.
While leading the ICSC federal lobbying team, Ms. Platt oversaw the strategic direction for the ICSC Political Action Committee and key contacts program, and directed and administered programs related to greater visibility with key stakeholders and coalition building. Prior to her work with ICSC, Jen served as a policy staff member on Capitol Hill and ran public affairs campaigns in Santa Barbara, CA.
She is an active supporter and committee leader for Greater Alexandria Young Life and has served on the board for the George Washington University Hospital Women's Health Initiative.
